Some of the best smoked food in Sacramento. The service is great. The lady behind the counter is very nice. The interior of the business is low-fi, but you go here for the great food, not the ambiance. There are a few places to sit, but this place is set up primarily for grab n' go.
Lord. The food here is amazing. Did a 2-way plate with potato and greens to go along with my ribs and tri-tip. Everything was fantastic--food, service, other customers. I wish I lived in Sac cause I'd be here all the time! Lovely little place where you can grab a booth and become part of the fam.

One of the better BBQ places I've had. Meat were flavorful and tender and it's in a nice hole in the wall. I'm usually pretty critical of BBQ, but this place is pretty solid.
I finally made my way to MoMo's after talking about going and let me just say, I'm mad that I didn't go sooner!!!! The meats were delicious. The tri tip had a nice Smokey flavor and was juicy. The chicken was really good too. Not dry at all. The sauce was so good!!! I had greens and Mac 'n' cheese and both were what I've been looking for. The price point was better than anywhere I've been for the portion size, actually just better overall. I'll definitely be going back.
